Vlad House, United States (USA)
DJ VH (real name Vladimir Hadzhiyski) is a house/progressive music DJ born in Bulgaria but moved to Chicago in 2003. In the city where house music was born, VH increased his awareness of electronic music by attending parties and exploring inspiring styles of music. He started listening to Chicago’s B96.3 FM station, which featured weekly mixes by Billy The Kid, Dan Morrel, DJ Spin, Mixing Marc, Louie Loop and many more. The innovation and creativity by these DJ’s and the love and passion for electronic music inspired VH to start DJ-ing in 2005.VH had only been DJ-ing for a year when his friends noticed that his mixes were amazingly creative and that they had just witnessed a great DJ talent being born. Not long after that, he built a home studio where he spent many hours on improving his DJ-ing skills. VH was inspired by the likes of Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Axwell, Steve Angello, Tiesto, Roger Sanchez & Erick Morillo, but he did not get caught up in a specific subgenre because he wanted to keep his mixes up to date, innovative and unique.Having been exposed to Chicago’s clubbing scene for 4 years, DJ VH moved to New York in 2007 looking to expand his music career. There, he was quickly noticed by promoters and agencies, which invited him to play at some of New York’s elite nightclubs. VH’s creative and unique style of mixing caught the attention of DJ Pancho – resident DJ on Alpha Radio – the best dance radio station in South-East Europe. In 2010 VH & Pancho decided to collaborate and to release a weekly radio show by the name of Inferno DJ Show. As of now, the Inferno DJ Show is broadcast weekly on Alpha Radio, Bulgaria (www.alpharadio.bg), ClubStyle FM, USA (www.clubstyle.fm) and 54House FM, Germany (www.54house.fm).
Since the start of the Inferno DJ Show, people from all over the world have listened to VH mixes and expressed positive feedback for his unique style. VH says “There is a lot of love in house music so through my music I’m looking to share my love and passion for house music with the crowd. After all it’s FOR THE LOVE OF HOUSE MUSIC!”
