I decided to comprise the first episode mainly with some familiar EDM hits. The format will probably be in the same style for the first four or five webcasts before I focus on new releases and premier tracks, but the point of initial few casts will be to highlight bangers from around the world in all the genres or ‘States’ of Dance Music. Good music never gets old, we do. – Minstra

The casts begins with the pledge of the United States of Dance Music which is a ‘remix’ of the original Pledge of Allegiance of the United States of America.  Both pledges are an expression of loyalty to idea however the Pledge of the USDM isn’t to a specific flag, country or ideology. The USDM pledge is simply a pledge to the nation of people all over the world that makes up the Dance Music community, and the genres they represent. We do this in the hope for Peace, Love and Happiness for All.

I pledge Allegiance to the Sounds

of the United States of Dance Music,

And to the dope beats for which it stands.

One Nation, Created by Us, Indivisible,

With Peace, Love and Happiness for All.

It’s up to each of us to find that State of Dance that makes us one with the greater Nation of EDM. And hopefully as this generation matures and takes over the world maybe “Peace, Love and Happiness for All” won’t be just a pledge but a reality.
